As well as undergoing a thorough face to face interview by a qualified nurse, every applicant is subject to a thorough vetting procedure which incudes

• Written references from a candidate’s two employers.
• A full employment history with gaps explained.
• Verification of candidate’s identity.
• Verification of NMC PIN number.
• Work permit status (if applicable)
• Verification of qualifications and training certificates.
• Immunisation status.
